Job Description: Logistics Specialist

Location: Milan (hybrid), with occasional travel to local warehouses (1-2 times per week)We are seeking a proactive, organized, and motivated Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic Logistics team.In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing logistics flows and transportation operations across our B2C channels (.com and marketplaces) and a growing B2B segment (retail and wholesale). With operations spanning four warehouses (two in Italy, one in the US, and one in Japan) managed by external 3PLs, you’ll support the team to ensure seamless coordination, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency in collaboration with our logistics partners.
